Hyatt Bogota hotel opens in Colombia

Hotel's Grand Ballroom can hold up to 1,000 people for an event overlooking the Andes in the Colombian capital.

The Grand Hyatt Bogota offers 372 guestrooms and 50 suites with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the inner atrium garden, metropolis, or the majestic Andes Mountains.

Suites and club room guests will have exclusive access to the Grand Club Lounge with personal concierge service.

Events can be held in 2270 sqm of space ranging from the Grand Ballroom for up to 1,000 people, to 269 square foot conference rooms for smaller meetings.

Japanese and Colombian food feature at Ushin Japanese & Grill on the 14th floor and Capitalino Restaurant which blends international cuisine with Colombian traditions.

Ilustre Bar serves small plates and creative cocktails, while baked goods and Colombian coffee can be enjoyed at Aldeana Market.

In-house Zaitania Spa features 11 treatment rooms, with a relaxation area, three hydrotherapy pools, steam room, or dry sauna.  A beauty salon and an indoor pool acclimatized to 28°C and a fully equipped fitness centre are also available to all guests.
