Ashfield Meetings & Events has strengthened its UK creative team based in Ashby-de-la-Zouch with three new hires.

Laura Burnside has joined as senior exhibition designer, Dan Peach as creative events designer and Ellie Taylor as junior 3D designer. The appointments are a result of an increase in requests for full-service live events.

The new team members will work with Ashfield’s head of creative, Ian Anderson.

"Laura, Dan and Ellie join us at a particularly exciting time, as clients are increasingly recognising our full-service strengths and capabilities," Anderson said.

"I’m confident they will strengthen an already successful team and our clients will benefit hugely from their knowledge, ideas and talents."

Burnside brings a wealth of 3D design experience and talent, having worked in a similar role for such well-known brands as Starbucks and Harrods in the past. Most recently she has worked as a freelancer for design consultancies around the Midlands.

Peach joins from a design consultancy in Derby where his graphic design skills were used across a variety of clients and industries, including a well-received campaign aimed at raising awareness of Multiple Sclerosis.

Taylor is currently studying Interior Architecture and Design at the University of Lincoln and is the team’s first undergraduate placement.
