The ALHI summer showcase took place at The Marylebone Hotel last week with a welcome by Peter Groom, international sales director.
Guests were welcomed with an ice sculpture of the ALHI logo surrounded by mini bottles of Moet champagne, which were uncorked and served to parched attendees.
Teams took part in an interactive game hosted by Wildgoose, which allowed guests to get to know a range of suppliers and their hotels by answering questions on an iPad. The winners were announced later in the evening and awarded medals.
Canapes included mini burgers, fries and fried chicken, with an open bar whipping up espresso martinis late into the night.
