Inntel client spend up 17%

The meetings, accommodation and travel management agency has announced strong financial results for year ending 31 May 2018.

The latest figures from Inntel have shown client spend between 1 June 2017 and 31 May 2018 increased by 17.1% year-on-year.

The majority of the growth is attributable to a significant rise in spend on meetings, events and groups - specifically clients using Inntel’s meeting technology The Meetings Management Portal.

Inntel were also successful in winning 18 new client contracts with a 97% client retention rate.

Douglas O’Neill, CEO at Inntel, said: ‘I’m delighted that year one of Inntel’s three-year 20/20 vision strategy resulted in a record trading year for Inntel.

"Everyone at Inntel has worked so hard to achieve this and our people have been recognised this year in a number of industry awards including Best Meetings & Events Team at the People Awards. It’s an exciting time to be part of our growth."
