The 13th summer BNC Event Show was held at the central London venue for the second time, with exhibitors including hotels, venues, catering companies, production companies, entertainment specialists, technology experts, furniture suppliers and airlines.

Most of the day took place in the Lecture Hall and Library, including an education seminar programme featuring keynote speakers and experts from the meetings and events industry. These included Eventbrite and Glisser who talked about using social media to create sell-out events and building hybrid events for both real-life and virtual guests.

There was plenty of opportunity for networking among the senior level corporate and agency managers attending.

Complimentary food and drink was provided throughout the day including breakfast, elevenses, lunch and afternoon snacks.

One of the main highlights of the day was the Grand Prize Draw offering 38 luxury prizes including a three-night stay in Tenerife at the Hotel Botanico and The Oriental Spa Gardens; two-night stays in Hong Kong with Regal Hotels International; cookery courses at Chewton Glen; tickets for Sandown Racecourse; VIP tickets to Chestertons Polo in the Park as well as tickets to see the band, Plan B in concert.
