CWT appoints vice president

Rachel O'Brien will be the new VP and chief technology transformation officer at Carlson Wagonlit Travel.

In her new role at CWT, Rachel O’Brien will be responsible for governing, reporting, measuring and budgeting in the Product & Technology department, reporting to Andrew Jordan.

She has held digital transformation roles with Santander UK, Pearson Technology, Penguin Group and NSC Technology. She joins most recently from Ladbrokes Coral.

"Rachel is known for transforming organisations in a pragmatic way, leading to business success," said Andrew Jordan, CWT’S EVP and chief technology officer. "She will be instrumental in our digital transformation."
