When asked about concerns over reputation management at the C&IT Association Forum, Monika Lagodzinska, CEO of the Foundation for Lifelong Learning, said that there needs to be more clarity at events over the fine line between education and sponsored content.
"But there will always be a question about who is financing [the content]," Lagodzinska said. "Whether it is members, associations or whether it is sponsorship.
"I believe there is a very fine line to find the best grounds for content. Because then members can then really see who is designing the content.
"Whether it is by the sponsors, or whether it’s really designed by the organisation. In that context, it might be a very tricky issue."
