Top Banana Incentives will provide clients with tailored travel incentive programmes and will be led by Elliott Grant who joins the senior leadership team as director of incentives.

Bringing a wealth of industry knowledge and experience after spending six years at Black Tomato Agency, Grant will be responsible for growing Top Banana Incentives and making sure Top Banana’s wider business strategy is achieved.

"Top Banana is all about creating engaging and memorable experiences for audiences, therefore introducing incentive travel was a natural progression of our service offering to clients," said Top Banana founder and CEO, Richard Bridge. "Introducing Top Banana Incentives is the first of many exciting developments in our new five-year business growth strategy."

Grant added: "It’s exciting to join this new venture from the beginning and play an instrumental role in developing this new service offering. With Top Banana’s global experience and passion for creative employee engagement, I’m confident we will provide some of the most innovative, creative incentives available."

Speaking about Grant’s appointment, Bridge said: "It’s a fantastic opportunity to welcome Elliott to the team – his industry experience and leadership skills will help drive our incentive offering to both our existing clients as well as welcoming new clients on board."
