Ben Barnes joins from Jaguar Land Rover, where he held the role of digital communications and project specialist.

In his newly created role, and as a member of the management team, he will be responsible for the long-term growth strategy of the creative services provided by the business. His role will be to manage the digital, film and creative teams, supporting and mentoring them to continue the work delivered across the departments.

"I have worked with Top Banana across my career, as a freelancer and as a digital partner. When the opportunity was presented to join the company as head of creative services, I couldn’t refuse," said Barnes.

"They work for some great brands, building strong, long-term relationships, which shows how much clients value what they do. It’s a really exciting time to join the business and I’m really looking forward to helping shape the future direction of the creative services we offer."

"2017 provided us with a great opportunity to take a step back and really look at what the business needed both in terms of leadership and infrastructure and how we plan to drive the company through 2018 and beyond. Recruiting Ben in the role of head of creative services was part of our business strategy and we’re really excited to welcome him to the team. We have a really strong creative services division so we’re looking forward to seeing how Ben can help this grow over the next five years," operations director, Jade Ball added.
