ARIA Resort & Casino’s $170 million (£121.5 million) expansion includes the Cypress Executive Lounge. The space features a fully stocked pantry, three private suites for personal workspaces and one-on-one meetings, a conference room with flexible furniture set ups for up to 30 delegates, and a study.
Also within the 18,500 sqm expansion, there are ballrooms with built-in stages, loading dock with megavator for events requiring sizable displays, versatile indoor-outdoor breakout rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and pre-function spaces.
The top floor ballroom includes two open-air verandas that can accommodate receptions for up to 2,000 attendees. For those looking for off-site options, The Park, T-Mobile Arena and Toshiba Plaza are a short walk away, providing entertainment and food & beverage options.
"Convention business demand at ARIA continues to grow, especially as planners discover we can accommodate larger groups, allowing us to book into 2020 and beyond," said Tony Yousfi, ARIA’s vice president of sales. "With this expansion, we can better serve our clients’ needs and increase the spectrum of events we can host."
