Al Ghurair Properties launch Swissôtel in Dubai

Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts opens its first property in Dubai in partnership with Al Ghurair Properties.

The new luxury property has 428 rooms and 192 apartments and opens in one of the region’s most prominent shopping destinations, the Al Ghurair Centre Complex.

The hotel has a luxury 1858sqm spa with fitness centre, swimming pool and tennis courts, six meeting rooms and the Al Khor Ballroom. The meeting and events facilities have varied spaces ranging from 43 sqm to 300 sqm accommodating up to 300 people.

General manager, Emiel Van Dijk, said: "With the opening of Swissôtel Al Ghurair and Swissôtel Living, the first phase of an extensive refurbishment process to launch our award-winning brand in the UAE is complete."

Aimed at both business and leisure travellers, Swissôtel Al Ghurair & Swissôtel Living is situated in the heart of old Dubai.

Swissôtel partnered with the property development company Al Ghurair Properties to launch the Swissotel Al Ghurair and Swissôtel Living.
