Jill Leake has joined Mclcreate as its new client development director. She was formerly head of sales development at Royal Mail.

She first started working with Mclcreate in her role as senior account manager, and then head of client services within Royal Mail Communications Services.

Leake is the second senior management appointment at Mclcreate, following its management buyout from the NEP Group, Inc. in September 2017. She will work closely with Neil Lawson, MD, and CEO, Tim Spencer, to develop new business, build stronger and deeper client partnerships and implement an effective training and mentoring strategy at all levels and business locations.

"Jill shares our passion for live events and brings a rich and valuable client perspective that will be a huge asset to our clients and to our own business," said Spencer.

"Mclcreate is a special live events business that’s in great shape for the future. Having worked with the company for many years on many different projects, I understand its creative and production capabilities and the fantastic talents of its people," added Leake.
