CWT's RoomIt hires new chief experience officer

Scott Hyden is now senior vice president and chief experience officer of CWT's hotel division RoomIt.

CWT’s hotel division RoomIt has hired Scott Hyden as senior vice president and chief experience officer.

Hyden will provide strategic leadership over the RoomIt user experience as well as product and distribution channels.

He will also look to improve operational efficiency target increase customer retention.

Hyden will report to RoomIt’s new president David Falter, and will be based at RoomIt’s new headquarters in Chicago.

He was previously global vice president of the Enterprise Customer Group for Travelport, president of STA Travel Inc. and held general manager roles for Travelocity Business.
