Matthew Peek joins as senior event manager to look after creative and gala events. Peek joins after seven years at Collection 26 and most recently with Blackman Enterprises.

"It isn't always easy as a small agency to know when the time is right to make a senior event appointment, but we are thrilled to be in a position to do so. Matthew will be a great support to both our clients and to the direction and strategy of our agency," said Hannah Luffman, director of Unicorn Events.

Shannon Barrow also joins the agency on a student placement from the University of Greenwich as event coordinator. After being at Greenwich University ten years ago, Luffman, is a guest lecturer and avid supporter of the development of paid industry based placements for students and graduates.

Expecting to post growth in Unicorn’s year two figures, Luffman added: "Growing at such a rapid pace is hugely exciting and we are delighted to be in a position to be hiring again."
