Ryan Bowden has joined RPM as business director, where he will be heading up a team to develop industry-leading integrated ideas and strategies.

He joins RPM with global brand and agency experience; having worked in agencies like Geometry Global, Mullen Lowe, Arc London and The Marketing Store leading successful UK, European and Global integrated brand and shopper campaigns.

Bowden said: "What separates RPM from other agencies is that it also walks the talk. By that I mean their innovative approach, deep insights and best-in-class campaigns are a product of both their understanding and daily negotiations with retailers, in combination with the fact that it’s one of the few agencies who can truly realise and measure the impact on the ground and instore."

Rosa Chapman, client service director added: "We are hugely excited to have Ryan join the team, he brings with him a wealth of experience and huge passion for the industry and we are looking forward to seeing his impact across the business."
