Avani Hotels and Resorts opens its first New Zealand property

Avani Metropolis Auckland Residences include 65 luxury tower suits, a 22-metre heated swimming pool, sauna and fitness centre.

Avani Metropolis Auckland Residences has opened its doors after the property acquired the accommodation five months ago in New Zealand.

Since then, 65 of the luxury tower suites, formerly known as Metro Suites, have undergone a multi-million dollar refurbishment. The residences have been transformed into stylish city retreat with views of Albert Park, Auckland Harbour, Princes Wharf and across the city.

The hotel offers a range of leisure facilities including a 22-metre heated indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, sauna and fitness centre.

The striking 39-story tower has a rich history as one of Auckland’s most iconic properties and was originally the Magistrates Court of Auckland.
