New art deco property is a partnership between Seventa and THIS Workspace.

A new art deco event space is available for hire in Bournemouth, run by THIS Workspace, with agency Seventa Events.

The building was formerly the print works of local newspaper the Bournemouth Echo but has now been converted into a unique space.

"We’ve partnered with a company called THIS Workspace to have exclusive access to the main areas for events like product launches or awards ceremonies," said Seventa’s director Simon Brooks.

"Bournemouth has an abundance of hotel event spaces, but nothing like this, it’s got an incredible interior and a big 40-foot cocktail bar and a kitchen on site.

"We’re only a couple of hours away from London and there are some incredible corporates based in Bournemouth. It’s got the fastest growing digital economy outside of London too. Who wouldn’t want to come to Bournemouth for a two-day conference or product launch?"
