Hogan joins the agency’s Dublin office to develop its growth strategy into the next five years, expanding the agency’s international presence and moving into new markets. THis follows the opening of their first office outside of Ireland just over a year ago.
Having spent ten years working with multinational professional services firm PwC in their European and US offices and five years with the National Treasury Management Agency (NAMA) in Dublin, Hogan has most recently worked as a strategic business advisor in the Dublin startup community, defining commercial strategies, shaping negotiations, and optimising financial structures for early-stage ventures.
"Cogs & Marvel has grown substantially over the past two years and we have ambitious plans for the next five," said group CEO, Dave Smyth. "Sean’s strategic experience will help us identify and evaluate new business opportunities as we continue to grow our international operations."
