Accountancy software firm, Sage Group, has appointed Venues and Events International to deliver its UK events, following a four-stage competitive pitch.
The contract will begin with Sage Sessions, a 10-event roadshow that starts at the Vox Birmingham on 30 November. Events in Newcastle, Bristol, London, Glasgow, Manchester and Dublin will follow during 2018.
The Swindon-based agency will also support Sage Group’s sponsorship of Accountex Summit North, which takes place at Manchester Central on 6 March 2018 and Accountex London – the two-day exhibition at ExCeL London from 23-24 May.
Its role for both Accountex events will include stand build, proximity marketing, social media, speaker support, branding and collateral.
David Walsh, Sage Group vice-president of marketing, Northern Europe, said Venues and Events International won the tender due to its "dedication, passion, expertise and professionalism."
