Hotels with beachside locations generate interesting environments for group dinners. In a more secluded area of Crete, in the former fisherman's village of Sissi, the 415-room Kalimera Kriti Hotel and Village Resort has an on-site cave that the hotel can use as a dining area, seating up to 300. More formal banquets and conferences can take place across nine meeting rooms, the largest of which seats 500.
