The walk took place on 8 October in aid of The Brain Tumour Charity, and in memory of colleague Duncan Weaver, who passed away after battling a brain tumour. So far, the team have raised 87% of their target of  £1,600.

The Brain Tumour Charity’s ‘#WalkWithUs’ Twilight Walk is a chance for people to share experiences with those who understand, and to celebrate the lives of loved ones, as well as to raise money and awareness. The charity’s main aim is to double survival and halve the harm of brain tumours in the next 10 years.

Rosie Harper, venue co-ordinator at venuepot, said: "The Brain Tumour Charity were a big support to Duncan, so we wanted to do something in Duncan’s memory to raise money for this charity. We thought that The Twilight Walk would be something different and good to work towards in raising money. It’s wonderful to have raised so much for the charity and we hope we get 100% of our target!"
