Jerome Mazet joins as a key account director for the GL events group, briefed with growing the organisation’s reach and relationships both internationally and domestically. He joins following a 10-year stint in China where he was the founder and managing director of Mandaray, a sports and celebrity marketing agency, and director of global marketing communication for the world’s largest solar panel manufacturer, Trina Solar.

Meanwhile, Caroline Sheppard joins as business development manager, bringing a wealth of experience gained across the UK events industry. Caroline is well known for her contribution to the growth of the Liz Hobbs Group, having previously worked for De Vere Hotels. Her role will be to continue to grow the business across the UK outdoor and temporary events market.

Finally, Ben Lofthouse joins GL events UK’s growing account management team. He joins from Showsec, part of the Live Nation Group, where he worked across operations, planning, and logistics.

Scott Jameson, GL events UK group managing director said: "These are important appointments for the business as we look to grow our existing customer base throughout the UK and around the world. As we do so, we’re fully committed to sustaining our exceptional standards of quality and customer care, and I’m delighted to again strengthen our account management team."
