Marriott Hotels has opened the Sopot Marriott Resort & Spa, its second property in Poland. The coastal resort is one of the largest spa hotels in Poland, with 145 bedrooms, 35 treatment rooms and four swimming pools, including an outdoor rooftop infinity pool.

Extensive conference and meetings facilities cater to all manner of events, with 2,422 square feet of event space, three event rooms and spacious foyer with a stunning view. The hotel is around 30 minutes drive from Gdansk airport or 25 minutes from the main railway station.

With its expansive spa offering a range of original treatments, the resort is an ideal destination for guests looking to relax and unwind. The resort is also home to two restaurants: Pescatore, which serves Italian cuisine, and Mera Brasserie, which offers a wide selection of international dishes.

"We are delighted to welcome Sopot Marriott Resort & Spa to our growing portfolio in Europe," said John Licence, Vice President Premium & Select Brands, Europe for Marriott International. "This stunning resort will appeal to guests looking for stylish beachside accommodation in one of the country’s most popular seaside destinations."
