Located on the South Male Atoll, the Waldorf Astoria Maldives will be the second hotel in the Maldives for Hilton.

The resort will span three islands and be located approximately 15 miles from Velana International Airport and about 20 minutes away from the Maldivian capital of Male.  The resort will boast ten dining outlets, including nine specialty restaurants.

The Maldives is famous for its natural beauty and world-renowned dive sites. In addition to a range of water-based adventure sport available, other activities include exploring island villages, visiting the National Museum and watching cultural performances.
