The theme was 'global connectivity' and brought together 350 delegates from around the world, organised by drp.

Clyde & Co is a global law firm, focused on providing a complete legal service to clients in sectors including insurance, transport, infrastructure, energy, trade and commodities. With over 45 offices around the world, the conference was a chance for partners to network and work together.

A theme of ‘global connectivity’ was required, the idea being that a more connected world requires a more connected law firm. Event producer drp also had to create a digital solution to enable the delegates to vote on critical subjects and allow interactivity within the sessions during the day.

The event

The annual conference took place on 13th and 14th July at the five-star hotel, Grange St Paul’s, London. There was a client panel and the keynote speaker Pankaj Ghemawat – a world authority on global connectivity and professor at the Stern School of Business at New York University. Drp handled the production, project management, content, digital solutions, and animated video content of Clyde & Co projects.

Andrew Grierson, project manager at drp, said: "This is our second year working with Clyde & Co on this global event and there was a change in venue from last year’s event. We made the most of our exclusive use of the conference facility, ensuring that there was a real Clyde & Co presence as soon as you arrived, including 4-5-metre-tall branded walls, widespread use of the venue’s digital signage and branding opportunities, and even a specially installed branded coffee bar.

"It was an immersive, informative and engaging event – I’m looking forward to the next one."
