Make Events has won the pitch to produce Betfred’s 50th anniversary event, after organising a number of successful private parties for owner of Betfred, Fred Done, and organising the inaugural Betfred Charity Ball.

Celebrating 50 years of Betfred, more than 1,000 guests will be invited to a party at Manchester Central on the evening of 23 September.

"We are delighted to be working with Betfred once again," said Make Events. "We have worked with them for many years now and feel privileged to work with such a well-known and well respected brand in the region. We understand the importance of this milestone birthday to the company and look forward to delivering an event that they will never forget."

Guests and their partners will be hosted in Manchester and provided with accommodation for the evening. They will be invited to attend a gala dinner with a roster of entertainment.

Make Events designed the full creative proposal including, artwork, video content, theme and room set up. The agency will be adding a few extra magic touches with surprises throughout the evening, which will sure to delight every guest.

"Celebrating 50 years of Betfred is monumental for our business and celebrating is exactly what our 50th year has been all about," said a Betfred spokesperson. "I couldn’t be happier than to have appointed Holly and her team to make us the party of a century, or half a century should I say!"
