The International Centre, Telford hires three event managers

The International Centre, Telford has appointed three new event managers to bolster the team in response to its growing client base.

Jade Lawley and Jenny O’Sullivan are both new additions to the team, while Emma Welch returns to the venue, where she had previously worked as an event manager.

They will work closely with existing and new clients, taking full ownership of events from day one and helping to develop new ideas around the original brief, as well as overseeing any additional services that The International Centre, Telford, offers.

Lawley brings extensive experience in the sector to her role, having previously worked as events sales executive at Wolverhampton Racecourse and subsequently as events coordinator at Shropshire’s Weston Park.

O’Sullivan began her events career with the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS).

Diane Austin, operations director at The International Centre, Telford, said: "We’re delighted to welcome Jade and Jenny into our close-knit events team and to welcome Emma back to The International Centre. All three possess a wide range of experience in the events industry at some of the UK’s leading venues and I’m sure Emma’s previous experience here will prove invaluable to us all.

"I’m sure all three will play an integral role in helping to maintain the industry-leading high standards that our clients have come to expect."
