Tony Kempton will take on business development responsibilities, working directly with prospective and current clients in the field.

In the past twelve months, the agency has developed its communication services, including content development and video production for channels outside of the sphere of live events.

Commenting on the hire, MD Jon Kelly said: "Tony has 20 years experience in business development, and has gravitated naturally toward Meet & Potato. He understood that he would be working for a down-to-earth, fun-loving, hard-working agency and felt he would be a great fit. For Meet & Potato - who were looking for someone whose methods are less hard-sell, more friendly chat – it felt like a perfect partnership."
