Joining the team following three years in the association conference industry, Lawlor comes on board during a period of significant growth for the agency which has seen a 30% increase in staff over the past six months.

Since its rebrand in February, Cogs & Marvel, formerly Green Light Events, has grown its team by 12 across its Dublin and San Francisco offices. This has included additions to the operations, registration, and finance departments, alongside the growth of their sister travel agency, Green Light Travel, and two additions to the Cogs & Marvel internship programme.

Dave Smyth, Cogs & Marvel group CEO said: "We pride ourselves on the collaborative efforts of our teams to provide ever more creative brand experiences to meet our reputation of logistical excellence. Following recent client wins with brands from the food and beverage and tech industries, 2017/18 is going to see Cogs & Marvel continuing to grow."
