JTB, a locally based DMC in Japan has been a specialist in meeting and incentive programmes since 2004. As a major contributor to Japan’s events sector, JTB organises more than 300 business meetings and incentive tours every year. JTB has experts across the whole country.

Uniqueworld has also added South Africa to their portfolio, with the appointment of Tourvest Destination Management. With offices in both Cape Town and Johannesburg and covering the whole of Southern Africa, Tourvest DM has been operating for 20 years, with 600 meeting and incentives taking place each year.

Christian Hobbs, sales and marketing director said: "Since our inception back in 2007 with Montenegro, we have always looked to promote the new, emerging and unique destinations. Ten years on that is still the same and with ever more discerning clientele the role and scope of our DMC partners has also had to adapt. We are delighted to have added Japan and South Africa, destinations that not only offer some of the most unique experiences, but also some of the richest and diverse cultures in the world."
