This news follows the management buyout of the agency earlier this year by financial controller Kumarakuru Kumar with support from Lodestar Events.

Roffey's LinkedIn profile states that he is taking a career break.

Phil Watton, managing director of Lodestar said, "Rob's contribution to TFI Group as a long-serving member of the senior management team has been outstanding.  Not only has he helped stabilize the business through founder Peter's illness and untimely passing, but has been both instrumental in the retention and success of many of the agency's key accounts as well as putting in place a much improved commercial focus and approach. He leaves the business with our gratitude, thanks and very best wishes for a continued long and successful career."
