The new accommodation option includes 93 new Fairground Apartments and 90 newly-refurbished Silver Apartments. The modern two-bedroom Fairground accommodation aims to reflect Butlin's playful personality and showcase its 'corporate playground' brand trademark.

The fairground inspired interiors are brought to life through the use of iconic symbols, patterns and stories of Butlin’s heritage throughout, with the apartments offering bright open plan living areas with a separate dining area, modern kitchen and large L-shaped corner sofa. Located a five-minute walk from the Fairground and near to Adventure Golf, The Spa, Go-Karts, Hotshots and the Skyline Pavilion, the apartments' position within the resort allows delegates to move easily between meetings, events, activities and accommodation during their stay.

The interiors of the newly-refurbished two and three bedroom New England style Silver Apartments have had a nostalgic makeover, using iconic Skegness imagery, and provide an open-plan colourful oasis for delegates to unwind in following an event. The open-plan apartments have been re-floored and feature newly-refurbished shower rooms and new furniture including L-shaped sofas and cosy beds, throws and cushions providing a calming environment following a day of conferences. Located at Ocean Point, these apartments are a short walk from the Skyline Pavilion, restaurants, Splash Waterworld and the Activity Gardens.
