Zara’s first agency job was working on a digital team. Prior to that she worked on festivals and then a tech start-up.

Best project I’ve worked on: I don’t think of it like that because I’m always looking for the next challenge. I work across so many different areas and I love the variation.
Most challenging moment: Since being at GPJ I’ve helped build the in-house digital team, which was a massive challenge.
Dream client: Somebody who knows what they want but allows us to be creative. I don’t mind who the actual client is.
Alternative career: Creating or building something that hasn’t been invented yet.
Goals before 40: To create something game changing within the industry that stands out and has a real impact for the client.
