The new teambuilding experience will consist of a morning session with leadership tips and hints. It will aim to teach attendees how to be better leaders fit for the challenges of leading millennials and leading in a technological world. Those taking part undergo a screening which shows where they sit in a team and how to improve their leadership.
The afternoon session comprises a ‘hands-on’ criminal investigation which measures and monitors leadership skills including activities from the agancy’s other crime based experiences including ‘The Killing’ (Murder Investigation), ‘Taken’ (Kidnapping of client’s CEO) and ‘In the Line of Duty’ (internal affairs investigation). The duration of the training can be between one and five days.
Commenting on the launch, Steve Gaskin, MD of Right Angle, said: "The leadership experiences have been designed after clients were coming to us looking for an alternative to theory based leadership "courses" currently on the market. We wanted to design something innovative and hands on, putting what you learn into practise straight away. There is particular emphasis on dealing with millennials and leading remote workers, to reflect the ever changing work environment in 2017."
