Over 100 top corporate and agency event planners are confirmed to attend including Diageo, Dell, Ogilvy & Mather and Barclays on the corporate side, and Black Tomato, NYS Corporate and Principal Global Events on the agency side.
Partners for the event include London & Partners, Etihad Airways, Dubai Events, Canada Events and Leading Hotels of the World. Micebook is still seeking further prospective partners.
The preview will also be supported by brands Sternberg Clarke Entertainment and creative production agency Hawthorn.
The theme of the evening is ‘fashion’, with students from the nearby London College of Fashion, UAL invited to display their designs, supported by MICE industry brands. The winning design will receive a travel related prize at the close of the evening.
Micebook founder Chetan Shah said: "micebook helps event planners design creative events with maximum impact. Our preview event is all about looking to the future – with a new approach, new venue and a new community within our industry. As champions of cutting edge design, we’re also proud to be showcasing the talents of students from the London College of Fashion."
"Not only will guests see the first preview of micebook 2.0, they’ll also be the first to experience a hot new venue and a first taste of the cuisine of New York chef Marcus Samuelsson. Our welcome reception takes place at his new Red Rooster restaurant, days before its official opening."
