Meet the C&IT A List 2017

Holly started at drp four years ago. She was offered a job lasting a month and then a part-time position in the project management team. She's been a producer for the past two years.

Boss says: "Holly is exceptionally talented, she thinks beyond what's in front of her, always looking at the bigger picture. She has great judgement, which coupled with her creative eye makes for a great outcome," says Matt Franks, director of events.

Best project I've worked on: A dance competition for a cancer charity. Everyone was in good spirits and there was lots of glitter. I'm used to corporate events whereas this was more theatrical. It was a chance to give back to local charities.

Most challenging moment: The past two years because I've been learning the whole time. At Christmas, I turned an event around in nine weeks for a finance company. The client was really impressed.

Dream client: The Met Gala. It's decadent and can be as creative as you want. You'd be working with the top people in the industry. It's in a beautiful building with many celebrities attending.

Alternative career: Astronomer or underwater camera woman. I want to travel the world and see amazing wildlife.

Goals before 40: Director-level at drp and be in charge of an event with more than 14,000 delegates, like The Olympics.
