Commenting on the appointment, CEO, Alistair Graham said: "Kylie was invited to join the emc3 team in 2014, we noticed how Kylie was transforming the events industry and we knew that we needed her to join our team if we wanted to be one of the top agencies in the world. Since joining the emc3 team Kylie has evolved our systems and processes and is a large part of the reason we have experienced such rapid growth over the last few years".

Managing director, Daniel Curtis added:"Kylie has the essential ability to galvanize and motivate others around her. She is a natural mentor and has helped to train and improve many junior and senior level staff at emc3. Kylie consistently delivers exceptional results and is an asset to any project providing inspirational leadership, direction and a colossal amount of experience.
