His responsibilities at Tobacco Dock will include building and enhancing the venue's new business plan, building its team, managing a portfolio of clients and capitalising on new business opportunities.

Commenting on his new role, Cremona said: "I am delighted to become a part of the Tobacco Dock team, which enjoys such a strong reputation in the events industry. The brand and venue have grown at such pace these past couple of years, it’s amazing to think that we’re still only at the start of such an ambitious project. Having developed my sales knowledge and experience for almost five years I have a lot of ideas on how we can continue the impressive growth of Tobacco Dock as a leading London venue and co-working space."

Jonathan Read, commercial director at Tobacco Dock, added: "We are thrilled to welcome Francis to the team and believe that his knowledge, relationships, experience and skills will make a significant contribution to our ambitious commercial objectives. As we reach the summer months, Tobacco Dock has some exciting events and announcements in the pipeline and a very strong foundation for Francis to build upon".
