Every year, this global tech giant rewards its highest achieving employees with a luxury incentive trip. The client wanted to find a five-star hotel in a rewarding, easy-to-reach location for employees and partners, offering the highest levels of service and a wide range of activities. The client picked the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo and booked 160 of the 278 available rooms and suites – they were the only group in the hotel.

The group went to a different cocktail and dinner venue each night during the five-day itinerary, including dinner in the magnificent Salle Empire at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, cocktail dinner around the Monte-Carlo Beach swimming pool, and cocktails in the Mediterranean gardens of the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel and Resort.

The itinerary also included a boat tour of the Mediterranean coastline, playing one of the most scenic golf courses in Europe and indulging in treatments at the spa at the Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo.
