Five reasons for choosing the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo

This is no normal MICE hotel. The Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo mixes fine dining, high-end service and a stunning setting to become a dazzling destination. Here are five reasons to choose this property for your next event.

Five reasons for choosing the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo
Five reasons for choosing the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo

1) The space and the rooms
The hotel has 278 freshly-renovated rooms and suites, with the highest standard furnishing. With a dedicated group lobby under a Gustave Eiffel-designed mezzanine, check-ins are not only smooth but classy! Its 13 meeting spaces mean the property caters for a huge range of different event types, with up to 300 people for meetings.

2) Fine dining with the finest views
The Chef Benoît Witz supervises both the Michelin-starred restaurant Le Vistamar and all banqueting. Pick the right venue for your event: a historic ballroom or one of the numerous terraces, overlooking the deep blue expanse of the Côte d’Azur.

3) Monaco’s soul
The hotel is part of the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer portfolio, a company that is the heartbeat of Monaco. It owns four luxury hotels, four casinos, 33 restaurants and three spas, not to mention a whole range of bars and sporting facilities.

4) Monte Carlo made easy
Because Société des Bains de Mer runs such a large part of the town, one project manager can manage your event across multiple venues and attractions – and these facilities are often in walking distance from each other. Factor in accommodation, meals, function space, activities and dinner venues all in one go.

5) The glamour, the sun, the history… the location
Monte Carlo is the iconic destination on the Mediterranean. It’s a feast of fast cars, high-end shopping and entertainment mixed with no little culture and heritage. Monaco touches everyone. And it’s easy to get to as it’s only a 35-minute drive from Nice International Airport.

The Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo: a client’s story

AGENCY Effective Business Travel
CLIENT SECTOR Global IT company
EVENT TYPE Incentive for high-achieving employees plus partners
GROUP SIZE 365 people – five days/four nights

Every year, this global tech giant rewards its highest achieving employees with a luxury incentive trip. The client wanted to find a five-star hotel in a rewarding, easy-to-reach location for employees and partners, offering the highest levels of service and a wide range of activities. The client picked the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo and booked 160 of the 278 available rooms and suites – they were the only group in the hotel.

The group went to a different cocktail and dinner venue each night during the five-day itinerary, including dinner in the magnificent Salle Empire at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, cocktail dinner around the Monte-Carlo Beach swimming pool, and cocktails in the Mediterranean gardens of the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel and Resort.

The itinerary also included a boat tour of the Mediterranean coastline, playing one of the most scenic golf courses in Europe and indulging in treatments at the spa at the Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo.

The client feedback said they had never experienced anything quite like "this unbelievable stay in Monaco". And a dedicated project manager made the itinerary run all the smoother.
