MICE industry expert Harry Fine, former agency and hotelier Richard Fine, and DMC owner from Turkey Birgül Özden and digital marketing & CRM specialist Eda Özden will develop tools and products designed for the business travel and MICE industries.
They will be offering a range of training and consultancy services for DMOs, tourist offices, convention bureau's, hotels, venues, convention centres and DMCs. These will cover such aspects as operational review and training; marketing and selling; ensuring the product and service is fit for purpose in the international market and delivery to the standard that clients in sophisticated source markets would seek and expect.
Commenting on the partnership, Ozden said: "Recognising the over-saturation and dis-intermediation of the meetings & events industry, the team will focus on building a solid foundation, a comprehensive understanding of the destinations position in the marketplace, targeted sales approaches and digital marketing set ups that will not break the bank yet help companies differentiate themselves in this highly competitive environment."
