RPM announces additions to senior team

Independent creative agency, RPM has appointed Ruth Henderson as a senior strategist, alongside Laurel Davis as head of creative communications.

Henderson is joining RPM’s strategy team, where she will focus on social, brand and innovation. She brings a wealth of experience, having headed up strategy at social content agency Redpill. Previous work includes a national rebrand for St. Andrews First Aid in Scotland, product innovation for start-ups, brand consultancy and creative copywriting.

John Vicars, strategy director at RPM, said: "Ruth brings further diversity to the strategy team as we continue to build our capability across brand, commercial and the challenge of increasingly complex integrated context planning."

New head of creative communication, Laurel Davis, joins from Ogilvy Brisbane, where she held the role of creative director. At RPM, she will be working with director of creative and strategy, Rob Wilson, leading a team of five with responsibility for developing integrated ideas and strategies around the agency’s key belief in the power of brand experience and brand action.
