Henderson is joining RPM’s strategy team, where she will focus on social, brand and innovation. She brings a wealth of experience, having headed up strategy at social content agency Redpill. Previous work includes a national rebrand for St. Andrews First Aid in Scotland, product innovation for start-ups, brand consultancy and creative copywriting.

New head of creative communication, Laurel Davis, joins from Ogilvy Brisbane, where she held the role of creative director. At RPM, she will be working with director of creative and strategy, Rob Wilson, leading a team of five with responsibility for developing integrated ideas and strategies around the agency’s key belief in the power of brand experience and brand action.
