TEC is contracted to work year-round with Sephora across the Middle East region.

The internal Middle East Sales, Marketing and Operations Conference in March was held at Le Meridien Al Aqah, Fujairah, UAE for 180 of their employees.

The agenda for the event included a welcome dinner at sunset which overlooked the Indian ocean, white beach party and various teambuilding exercises. The two day conference included presentations from Sephora’s leadership team from around the Middle East region.

Natalie Crampton, director for TEC said: "We are thrilled to work with Sephora once a again as we continue to build our relationship with this vibrant brand.

"It’s a pleasure to work with a brand that is so creative and like to do things a bit differently (as do TEC).

Sephora added: "‘We chose Fujairah as we wanted a location close to Dubai International Airport but at the same time wanted to take our team away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city life."
