Taking place at Expo XXI in 2020, the bidding process for the WSAVA World Congress was initiated more than two years ago.

Anna Górska from EXPO XXI said: "I am very proud and happy that the organising committee has decided to trust us. In the case of WSAVA 2020 Warsaw Convention Bureau supported the efforts at every stage, from the organisation of free transport for delegates, to the co-financing and active participation in the site inspection taking place in February this year."

The decision to organize the congress WSAVA in 2020 in Poland was made in November 2016. At the final stage, only two cities, Krakow and Warsaw were considered. The promotion of WSAVA Congress 2020 in Warsaw will begin this year in September during the congress in Copenhagen.
