Commenting on the appointments, Therese Kelleher, senior VP, enterprise solutions said: "As we look to innovate and push the adoption of SMM programs, Shauna and Nancy will play an integral part of such success.  Shauna’s deep knowledge of the industry, experience in global operations and strong drive stands out and she will play an invaluable role in propelling our customer centric approach to account management.
