Whitehead will use her 20 years of experience to focus on customer-centric account management and stakeholder engagement while growing BCD M&E’s reach within their client base. Her previous role was with CWT Meetings & Events where she led a North American organisational restructure.
Medoff will have responsibility of pre-sales and new customer acquisitions within SMM and life sciences clients, using her 25 years of sales leadership and team development to drive business growth. She joins from Marriott International where she held numerous roles leading global and regional sales teams.
