BCD M&E grows global team

BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) has expanded its global enterprise solutions team with the addition of Shauna Whitehead as VP global account management and Nancy Medoff as VP global sales.

Whitehead will use her 20 years of experience to focus on customer-centric account management and stakeholder engagement while growing BCD M&E’s reach within their client base. Her previous role was with CWT Meetings & Events where she led a North American organisational restructure.

Medoff will have responsibility of pre-sales and new customer acquisitions within SMM and life sciences clients, using her 25 years of sales leadership and team development to drive business growth. She joins from Marriott International where she held numerous roles leading global and regional sales teams.

 Commenting on the appointments, Therese Kelleher, senior VP, enterprise solutions said: "As we look to innovate and push the adoption of SMM programs, Shauna and Nancy will play an integral part of such success.  Shauna’s deep knowledge of the industry, experience in global operations and strong drive stands out and she will play an invaluable role in propelling our customer centric approach to account management.

"Nancy’s proven track record in sales, extensive industry experience, and keen eye on developing progressive and successful sales talent speaks for itself and we are excited to have them both join our team to focus on our continuing growth providing solutions for clients on a global level."
