HeadBox, launched fully out of Beta in May 2016, offers users an online platform to search, book and pay for inspiring UK venues in a matter of minutes. It is aimed event bookers who need instant responses.

Commenting on the partnership, Unicorn managing director Hannah Luffman said: "We don’t see the future in venue finding for event agencies unless it is delivered in a completely transparent way. We only offer venue finding as part of a bigger project and we are always really clear about how commission works.

"There are big changes coming in the global events industry and they are being led by the demand for transparent, open book services. I built the company to be ethical, bold and creative. We care deeply about the future of this industry and that it is sustainable, inclusive and transparent. Everything we do aligns with the 4 values we are build from; curious, courageous, conscientious and considered."

Andrew Needham, director of Headbox added: "We want to work with businesses who share our values of transparent booking processes and who are challenging and disrupting the future of our industry. Hannah and Unicorn Events are doing exactly that."

Unicorn Events, set up by Luffman in 2016, has just celebrated its first birthday.
