Loopd’s subscription-based platform offers event planners and marketers the intelligence to help them build more effective strategies through a combination of onsite technology and an analytics engine. This acquisition complements etouches' recent data-driven approach.

As part of the acquisition, Brian Friedman, co-founder and CEO of Loopd, will join the etouches team as director of product for mobile, data and engagement.
