"The main thing I love about my job is working closely with an amazing team. We are privileged to be able to get involved with so many different aspects of the business.
"The key challenges for the team are to deliver within budget, meet the expectations of our delegates and to reinforce the benefits of the agency model. As a small team, it's hard for us to do everything by ourselves. As well as getting vital help with the logistics of large events, working with agencies means we get the added bonus of their creative input.
"Two years ago, we went through a long RFP process and selected Touch and Spark Thinking as our two agencies to work with. We looked for agencies that were budget conscious, comfortable working globally and could bring new ideas to the table, especially in terms of interaction and creating a buzz at events.
"In terms of the future, we plan to continue our cost-efficient, paperless approach. Our mission is to create insightful and engaging events for all our audiences."
