In her new role, Quinton will have responsibility for the development of operations within the region, implementing new business and further roll out of new technology solutions.

The news follows the appointment of Paul Stoddart to managing director earlier this year.

Quinton was previously regional director, operations, UK, IE & Northern Europe. She joined CWT Meetings & Events in 2013 and brings more than 25 years M&E industry experience, working across all aspects of operational delivery including process, technology, client solutions and events.

Commenting on Quinton’s promotion, Cummings said: "We are thrilled to have Liz take up this crucial role continuing to develop and strengthen our EMEA operations as we expand our events and SMM capabilities in response to increasing client demand. Liz has already been working closely with a number of EMEA markets, and I look forward to her support in this expanded role."
