Mentors for 2017 will include Dawn Bowles, marketing manager at Lloyds; Justine Kane, co-founder and course director, Ashdown Academy; Dawn-Louise Kerr, CEO and founder, SM2 Communicate; Jackie Boughton, head of business events at the Barbican; Anthony Coyle-Dowling, senior director – event business development & marketing, BCD M&E; Tony McMurray, finance director, Ingram Micro; and Caroline Jackson, senior principal academic, Bournemouth University.

Josef Jammerbund, former head of events at the British Fashion Council will also be returning as a mentor in 2017.

Becci Thomson, head of corporate sales at The O2, has been named as the programme’s first reverse mentor. She said: "Having worked client side, in catering and venue side with some incredibly high-profile brands I am looking forward to sharing my experiences, while also offering an insight into new technologies, marketing techniques and new social media channels and online platforms. This really challenges the conventions of traditional mentoring and I am thrilled to have been named as the reverse mentor for the 2017 Fast Forward 15 mentoring programme."

Fay Sharpe, Fast Forward 15 founder, added: "2017 is shaping up to be an exciting year for Fast Forward 15 as we take on board feedback received from the mentees and mentors who have been part of the programme and responsible for its amazing success over the past two years.

"I really believe in the transformative power that a great mentor can have on an individual, and have been privileged to see it up close through Fast Forward 15. I have high expectations for this year and look forward to working with our inspirational industry leaders to coach and mentor our class of 2017."
