Held from 6-8 November for 50 delegates, the three-day event in Dubai included training sessions and a tour of the Dubai showrooms, ahead of the automotive brand’s launch in India. Dealers and showroom managers stayed at the newly opened W Hotel in Dubai, where a series of meetings were held.
"India is a new territory for Lexus so a visit to the established neighboring Dubai market offered many interesting insights. The purpose of the event was to take senior members of the Lexus India team away for training and also to showcase the leading Lexus customer experience on offer in Dubai," said Aron Bentley, event director at TEC.
In addition to visiting the Lexus showroom and service centres, TEC hosted a dinner at Intersect by Lexus, a concept restaurant in Dubai International Finance Centre.
